Unknown Object in Photograph of Lightning-Nish, Serbia
Sorry, there are no explicit details about this. The picture was taken on a stormy night in the city of Nish, Serbia. The person who took this picture only wanted to take photo of lightning and didn’t even realize what was accidently taken also until I noticed “the thing” in the sky.It couldn’t be a raindrop because exposure of the lens was too long and it would be smudged. It wasn’t piece of dust because on a pic 17sec later taken there isn’t anything irregular.
I don’t know if it is a weather balloon but I think there are no teardrop shaped balloons. What could it be? Maybe someone who was involved in creating the archive on your web site can compare that shape with something familiar.
